Happy Spring morning to you. The Forsythia is blooming, the peach trees are blooming and there is a lightness in the air as we shake off the quiet of winter.
Joyful Noise Acres Farm is fully stocked with pork sausage and ground pork again. We also have some beautiful racks of ribs for the grill.
Four Mile Farm and Cedar Rock Dairy have plenty of beef and lamb available along with lots of bones. There are several packages of beef shanks in the freezer for those wanting to make a rich broth. We should have some knuckle bones also being delivered this week, which adds extra collagen to your broth.
JNA Farm has baby kale available that makes the best kale salad, dressed with Olea Estates Organic Olive Oil, oh my.
