Honey-Sriracha Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
6 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (divided)
2 tablespoons Honey
8 Bone-in chicken thighs (skinned)
2 tablespoons Lime juice
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Whisk 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce and honey together in a small bowl, then set the mixture aside.
  2. Put the chicken thighs into a resealable plastic bag, then add the rest of the Sriracha sauce and lime juice, seal the bag, and coat the chicken. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Cover and grill the chicken on a greased grill rack over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes (turn 3 or 4 times throughout cooking time)
  4. Put the chicken thighs onto a serving platter and brush them with the honey mixture. Cover, let stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with the fresh cilantro.
