Brussels Sprouts with Leeks

Ingredients
10 Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
1 medium sized Leek (white portion only) (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon Butter
1/8 teaspoon Salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Pour 1 inch of water into a saucepan, then add the Brussels sprouts and bring the water to a boil.
  2. Cover the saucepan and let simmer for 8 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced leek to the saucepan, then cover it again and simmer for 2 to 4 minutes
  4. Drain the saucepan, then stir in the butter and salt to lightly coat the vegetables.
