Ingredients
4 Large Organic egs
1 Cup Shredded Cheese of Choice
2-3 Mushrooms sliced
1-2 Green Onions Chopped
1/2 Medium Tomatoe Diced
1/2 Cup Water
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
2 tsp Oil

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wonderful Fresh Farm Omelete to start your morning. Crack eggs in a bowl, add water and onions. Set aside. In a seperate pan, saute mushrooms and ham until mushrooms are tender. Set aside when finished. Grease skillet with non-stick spray, butter, or oil, and heat to 375. Add 1/2 egg mixture and heat without stiring until all or most liquid is gone. flip over like a flap jack. Add cheese, ham and mushrooms. Let sit for about 30 seconds then fold one side over. Carefully flip over omelete, and cook for about 15-30 seconds. Remove from heat and make second omelete. Salt and Pepper to taste. Garnish with remaining cheese and fresh tomatoes.
